Nelson Hotels & Inns are recruiting for a Head Pastry Chef role at the Grosvenor Pulford Hotel & Spa. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of £13.25 plus TRONC, with a flexible rota and opportunities for professional development.

The successful candidate will lead the pastry team, manage GP and costing, and drive high-quality fresh food in a busy hotel kitchen. Rosette experience is desirable but not essential for the right person.

Qualifications

• Previous sous chef experience in a busy kitchen; Rosette experience desirable.
• Be a strong team player and able to lead under the Executive Head Chef.
• Excellent communication skills and outstanding customer service ethic.
