Beaverbrook Culinary in Leatherhead is seeking a Junior Sous Chef – Pastry to join our Culinary Department and help produce exquisite pastries, desserts and sweet creations in a stylish, modern setting.

You will work with fresh ingredients, including produce from our gardens or local suppliers, and contribute to delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests through high standards and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar pastry role within a luxury hotel or restaurant.
• Genuine passion for pastry, baking and the culinary arts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Excellent time management to meet deadlines and production needs.
• Creative and organised with presentation in mind.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Desire to learn, develop and progress in pastry.
