Goldenkeys is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at a stunning luxury country house hotel in Cumbria. Food is at the heart of this property, with relaxed brasserie dining, breakfasts and an acclaimed Michelin-starred restaurant, offering a unique platform to learn and develop.

Day to day you’ll work across prep, breakfast and brasserie service, take responsibility for your section and maintain high standards, and you’ll be supported by an experienced brigade in a quality-driven

Qualifications

• Has previous Junior Sous Chef or strong Chef De Partie experience.
• Comes from a quality fresh-food kitchen background.
• Is comfortable working across different sections and styles of service.

For a Junior Sous Chef ready to broaden their experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to join the kitchen team at a stunning luxury country house hotel in Cumbria. Working primarily across prep, breakfast and the brasserie, you’ll gain brilliant exposure to different areas of the hotel’s food operation. You’ll also be surrounded by a talented culinary team and the standards of a Michelin-starred environment, making this an exciting place to learn, develop and take the next step in your career.
