Job summary

Wagamama is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to support leading shifts and the kitchen team, ensuring dishes are cooked to order and presented with pride. You will collaborate with management to maintain a vibrant, high-performing kitchen, upholding food quality and a positive kitchen vibe.

You will nurture and coach the team, helping individuals grow beyond targets, and apply a Kaizen mindset to drive small, continuous improvements in operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading shifts and managing a kitchen team.
• Understanding of food, health and safety standards and food cost awareness.
