Qualifikationen

• Experience in a hotel, restaurant, or premium hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Calm, organised under busy service periods.
• Passion for coaching and developing others.
• Commitment to food hygiene and HACCP standards.

Aufgaben

• Support day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Lead sections during service ensuring high food quality.
• Coach and develop junior kitchen staff.
• Maintain food hygiene, health and safety, and HACCP standards.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste minimisation.
• Support menu development and seasonal specials.
• Collaborate with hotel team to deliver outstanding guest experience.
