Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience as a Head chef.
• At least two year in a management capacity, or equivalent combination of education and culinary/kitchen operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily kitchen activities, plan and assign work ensuring you always have the right staffing numbers.
• Develop your team and improve their performance through coaching and feedback.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication with other departments.
• Lead the kitchen to maintain high standards and achieve guest satisfaction.
