The Hoxton in Holborn (Rondo) is seeking a passionate Junior Sous Chef to support a busy kitchen, lead a dynamic team, and help drive menu development while upholding the Hoxton standards. You will contribute to a welcoming, high-energy service and be involved in delivering memorable guest experiences throughout breakfast to dinner.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Junior Sous Chef in a busy kitchen.
• Experience leading large kitchen teams.
• Passion for creativity while maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in leading a large, dynamic kitchen team.
• Support with driving innovation and create a culture of menu development while delivering the Hoxton menu framework.
• Maintain kitchen standards and find efficient solutions without compromising quality and menu integrity.
• In the absence of Head Chef and Sous Chef, oversee the kitchen team.
• Lead by example to ensure guest and team experience is top priority.
