The Hoxton, Holborn is seeking a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our Rondo restaurant team. Open from breakfast through dinner, Rondo offers seasonal modern bistro dishes and a welcoming vibe.

You will support the Head Chef and lead by example, helping create memorable dining experiences while maintaining high standards. Excellent training and growth opportunities exist within the Ennismore family.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a Junior Sous Chef in a busy, bustling environment with freshness and provenance of ingredients as a key priority.
• Proven track record supporting managing large kitchen teams.
• A true passion for creativity whilst maintaining the integrity of our brand standards through the dishes on the menu.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in leading a large, dynamic kitchen team.
• Support with driving innovation and create a culture of menu development whilst still delivering on the framework of a Hoxton Restaurant menu allowing the amazing produce to speak for itself.
• Maintaining kitchen standards, always seeking to find efficient solutions whilst maintaining the quality and integrity of the menu.
• In the absences of the Head Chef and Sous Chef, oversee the kitchen team.
• Both guest and team experience will be at the heart of all you do, leading by example and keeping the team empowered and motivated.
