The role:

As a junior sous chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting your team and helping others excel while maintaining high standards
  • Managing the kitchen line, planning shifts, and coaching team members
  • Understanding food safety, health and safety standards, and managing kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
  • Celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs
