As a junior sous chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

• Are ready to manage the line and plan shifts to ensure proper coverage, coaching your team as needed
• Have knowledge of food safety, health standards, and understand financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
