Serco Leisure Operating Ltd (Sport England) is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in running a busy kitchen for guests, athletes, conferences, weddings and events. You will help deliver high-quality food, maintain safety standards and support a collaborative team culture.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Willingness to obtain a food safety qualification if not already held.
• Confident supervising and supporting colleagues in a busy kitchen.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations and maintain high standards of food quality and service.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes according to recipes and company standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health and safety regulations, including temperature monitoring and safe storage.
• Coach and develop kitchen staff to build a positive, high-performing team.
• Support delivery of daily catering operations, weddings and events.
