Responsibilities

• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
• Maintain high-quality food preparation and presentation.
• Assist with stock control, food orders, and daily deliveries.
• Take ownership of your area, tracking orders and ticket times.
• Work across kitchen sections as needed.
• Collaborate with senior chefs to manage kitchen operations and growth.
• Lead the kitchen in the absence of senior chefs to ensure a memorable dining experience.
