Loungers plc is hiring a Junior Sous Chef for Ferro Lounge, a local café bar. Earn up to £13.30 per hour plus tips, with paid breaks, staff meals, and 50% off food and drinks from day one.

This role offers flexible hours and opportunities to grow within a popular hospitality brand across England and Wales. You’ll support the Head and Sous Chefs, help deliver great shifts, and ensure every dish meets quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience cooking with fresh ingredients and maintaining high standards.
• Ability to follow allergen processes and maintain kitchen compliance.
• Proactive team player who supports chefs and develops skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver great shifts.
• Keep a clean, well-organised kitchen and uphold high food standards.
• Own your section: prep, par, cleanliness, hygiene and safety.
• Follow allergen processes and ensure kitchen safety at all times.
• Support and develop newer chefs within the team.
