Loungers plc is hiring Chefs to join the Albero Lounge kitchen. You’ll prepare all-day dishes to spec, support the head chef, and help maintain high standards with a team-focused, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Energetic, positive attitude and reliable team member.
• Flexible with hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec across all-day menus.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and well prepped.
• Follow food safety and allergen processes at all times.
• Work collaboratively with FOH to deliver a great guest experience.
