Qualifications

Experience in high-quality or luxury hospitality kitchens.
Familiarity with Michelin-starred or multi rosette environments.
Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen standards.

Responsibilities

Support Head Chef and senior kitchen team in daily kitchen operations.
Lead a section and ensure Michelin-star level dish delivery.
Maintain high standards of food prep, presentation and cleanliness.
Guide junior chefs and promote consistent performance.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and COSHH regulations.
Assist with stock control, ordering and waste minimisation.
Contribute ideas to menus and seasonal dishes.
Deliver calm, efficient service in a high-performance fine dining setting.
