Pennyhill Park, part of Exclusive Collection, hosts Latymer, a Michelin-starred and 5 AA Rosette dining venue in Bagshot, Surrey. We seek an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the leadership of Latymer and deliver unforgettable dining experiences with passion, precision and hospitality.

You will collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to develop the team, ensure guest satisfaction from arrival to departure, and uphold the restaurant's exceptional standards in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant supervisory/management roles.
• Strong leadership during busy service.
• Excellent communication and guest relations abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in Latymer's day-to-day operation and guest experience.
• Lead and motivate the team during service to maintain high standards.
• Build relationships with guests and handle inquiries professionally.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development of team members.
• Oversee reservations, table management and service preparation.
• Maintain presentation, cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
• Support stock management and waste control initiatives.
• Ensure effective communication between restaurant, kitchen and hotel teams.
• Uphold food safety and health and safety standards.
