Pennyhill Park in Bagshot, Surrey, part of the Exclusive Collection, is seeking a passionate Commis Chef to join the award-winning brigade. Support the kitchen team, learn within a Michelin-starred environment and contribute to exceptional dining experiences in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment, ideally within fine dining or luxury hospitality kitchens.
• Strong passion for food and culinary excellence.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn from experienced chefs.

Responsibilities

• Support the senior chefs in the preparation and delivery of exceptional dishes.
• Learn and develop the skills required to work within a Michelin-starred kitchen environment.
• Prepare ingredients and assist with mise en place to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Maintain the highest standards of food preparation, presentation and cleanliness.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and COSHH procedures and standards.
• Take pride in your section and support the wider brigade during service.
• Assist with stock rotation, storage and minimising food waste.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to culinary excellence.
