Qualifications

• Background in high level establishments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be innovative and committed with a passion for excellent food, ingredients and service.
• Maintain high quality and consistency with a professional can-do attitude.
• Lead and develop the team, maintaining high standards throughout service.
• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef with smooth kitchen operations.
• Take responsibility for sections and ensure dishes are prepared to standard.
• Manage and mentor junior team members to uphold a top kitchen performance.
