Qualifications

• Experience in a quality-led kitchen, ideally 2AA Rosette standard.
• Technical cooking skills and a passion for ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Support the senior kitchen team in delivering consistently excellent food
• Help maintain the high standards expected within this 2AA Rosette kitchen
• Work confidently across all sections of the kitchen
• Ensure dishes are prepared and presented to an exceptional standard
• Help lead, support and develop more junior members of the brigade
• Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen environment
• Assist with the smooth running of services and the wider kitchen operation
