Responsibilities

• Support kitchen management with running the kitchen and brigade.
• Run service and manage workflows during busy periods.
• Prepare and cook food to high standards during peak services.
• Support the wider kitchen team for smooth, efficient service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the kitchen.
• Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are met consistently.
• Assist with stock organisation, deliveries and prep.
