Job summary

The Beefy Boys in Oxford is seeking a Junior Sous Chef with a passion for patties to support our kitchen team in serving world‑class burgers. You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced environment, lead by example, and help deliver consistently excellent dishes across service.

You’ll work closely with the Head Chef, manage prep and pass duties, and ensure high standards of quality, speed, and teamwork on every shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to lead by example and support Head Chef.
• Strong prep and service delivery skills.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• Comfort with high-volume burger production.
