As a junior sous chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should have excellent food knowledge and standards, and be capable of leading, engaging, and inspiring your team.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting your team and helping others excel while maintaining high standards
• Managing the kitchen line, planning shifts, and coaching team members
• Understanding food safety, health standards, and financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
