The role |

As a junior sous chef, you will be a developing leader who cares about creating a positive environment for our guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, with extensive food knowledge, to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

We are looking for someone who:

• is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
• is ready to manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and work collaboratively with the team
• has knowledge of food safety, health and safety standards, and understands kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
• loves celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs
