The role:

As a junior sous chef, you will be a growing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and teams, a true expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting your team and maintaining high standards
• Managing the line, planning shifts for proper coverage, coaching on the go
• Understanding food, health, safety standards, and financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Celebrating team success and recognizing individual needs
