Job summary

The Cricketers in Sarratt, part of Brunning and Price, is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You will work closely with the Head Chef, lead kitchen operations, and uphold high standards of food quality, presentation and service.

We offer a basic salary up to £32,000 plus tronc, paid overtime, and great tips, with extensive staff benefits including meals on shift, discounts across brands, a Nest pension and more.

Qualifications

• Previous catering and hospitality experience at junior sous or kitchen manager level is essential.
• You will work with the Head Chef to drive the food culture and engage the team and customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Head Chef to develop dishes and run the kitchen.
