The role offers a base salary of up to £34,000 plus a competitive share of Tronc, with 100% of Tronc distributed to staff. Expect total earnings over £47,600 annually, plus growth opportunities in a vibrant, music‑inspired open kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fresh food kitchens at Chef de Partie or Junior Sous level.
• Ability to lead service, manage the brigade and train junior chefs.
• Strong organizational, time management and food safety skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Lead services to ensure high-quality food delivery.
• Run the pass with confidence and attention to detail.
• Help create seasonal dishes using local produce.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and kitchen organisation.
• Assist with stock control and waste management.
• Support training of junior chefs and new starters.
• Bring positivity and leadership to every shift.
