Junior Sous Chef | Full-time

The role:

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, with excellent food knowledge, and use this to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

• Passionate about supporting your team and maintaining high standards
• Ready to manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and coach team members
• Knowledgeable about food safety, health and safety standards, and kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
