The role |

As a junior sous chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, inspiring and engaging your team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
• Is ready to manage the line, plan shifts, and coach team members
• Has an understanding of food, health and safety standards, and kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
