Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is looking for a Junior Sous Chef at the Goffs Oak site near Waltham Cross. You will lead a section, train team members, and help maintain brand standards while delivering high‑quality dishes in a busy kitchen.

The role offers flexible shifts, staff discounts across the group, ongoing training, and progression opportunities. You will work with a supportive team and contribute to providing a welcoming guest experience.
