Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Junior Sous Chef at Goffs Oak to lead a kitchen section, train colleagues and uphold premium standards across shifts.

You will cook to brand targets, support with stock control and help your team deliver exceptional dining experiences. The role offers progression pathways, payroll benefits, and staff discounts within a vibrant pub group.
