Southampton Harbour Hotel is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen team in Southampton. You should have a minimum of two years’ experience at Chef de Partie level and be capable of delivering fresh, high-quality dishes in a high-volume setting.

The role offers progression opportunities, staff meals, and training across the Harbour Hotels portfolio, with compensation to be discussed and a supportive team culture.

The Role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef to join the team who is experienced in working in a high volume restaurant serving fresh quality food. As Junior Sous Chef you will need to have a minimum of two years’ experience of working at Chef de Partie level. This position may suit a Senior Chef de Partie who is looking for their first Junior Sous role
