Harbour Hotels is seeking a Commis Chef to join the team at Fowey Harbour Hotel. You will gain experience in a fresh food led kitchen and work closely with the culinary team to deliver quality dishes.

• Assist in the preparation of fresh food in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Support chefs with mise en place and cooking tasks.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards and help with stock control.

We have a superb opportunity for a Commis Chef to join the team. The position of Commis Chef would suit a chef looking to gain experience in a fresh food led kitchen. Passion for your role and basic kitchen knowledge is essential.
