Job summary

Southampton Harbour Hotel is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen team. You will be experienced in high-volume, quality food production and capable of supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef during service.

The role is suited to someone with at least two years of Chef de Partie experience who is looking to progress, with opportunities for internal promotion within Harbour Hotels Group.

The Role

We have a superb opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef to join the team who is experienced in working in a high volume restaurant serving fresh quality food. As Junior Sous Chef you will need to have a minimum of two years’ experience of working at Chef de Partie level. This position may suit a Senior Chef de Partie who is looking for their first Junior Sous role.
