As our Junior Sous Chef, you will be confident in your ability to cook and prepare classic and comforting dishes from fresh, in a high volume and fast-paced environment. You must be able to motivate and lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef's absence, obsessed with detail, and ensuring the guest leaves happy.
