The role |

As a junior sous chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting your team and maintaining high standards
  • Managing the kitchen line and planning shifts
  • Understanding food, health, safety standards, and financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
  • Recognizing and celebrating team successes
