Job Title: Junior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role

Responsibilities
  • Support and motivate your team to maintain high standards
  • Manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and ensure appropriate staffing

  • Understand financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
  • Celebrate team successes and recognize individual needs
