What You'll Do

• Ensure all restaurant and some banqueting requirements are handled efficiently and promptly.
• Assist senior chefs and adhere to health and safety legislation.
• Label and rotate stock correctly, maintain cleanliness, and liaise with the stewarding team for cleaning requirements.
• Handle complaints swiftly and log issues appropriately.
• Ensure all purchased food items are received, checked against invoices, and stored properly.
