Hawksmoor Wood Wharf is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to lead and enhance their award-winning kitchen team. This role offers the chance to work with esteemed chefs and high-quality ingredients, supported by a recognized restaurant group committed to sustainability and community impact.
We are very excited to be recruiting a Junior Sous Chef to help lead and develop our award-winning kitchen team. Ideally, you'll have experience with fresh food and managing a large and diverse team.
You’ll be working with amazing produce from some of the best suppliers in the country, alongside talented chefs led by Executive Chef Matt Brown, who has been Head Chef of two 3 Michelin starred restaurants.
