• Expérience de 2 ans dans un rôle similaire dans un restaurant de qualité.
• Excellente connaissance des menus, ingrédients et normes d'hygiène.
• Bon niveau d'anglais.

Responsibilities

Barrafina is a highly awarded Modern Spanish bar Restaurant in London, serving the highest quality seasonal ingredients.

The guests eat and drink on a beautiful marble-topped bar where and watch the chefs at work. The front of house teams work around the bar, creating an energetic and uniquely enjoyable service. The Junior Sous Chef Role

• 2 years experience in a similar role within a high volume, quality led restaurant kitchen
• Excellent knowledge of our menus, ingredients, allergens and adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards
• Good understanding of ordering & wastage, stock management, Chef rotas
• Understanding of flavours balance, a passion for food and your own development is a must
• Love for the hospitality industry, Spanish food and culture
• Ability to run all sections of the kitchen including the pass when needed
• Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
• Positively train and lead a team of junior chefs
• Good level of English language
• A passion for your own development is a must
