ROKA Canary Wharf is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our vibrant back-of-house leadership team. You will embody our passion for hospitality and culinary excellence, ensuring guests enjoy a warm, memorable welcome from the moment they arrive.

As part of a fast-paced kitchen, you’ll support the management team with ordering, stocktake, and day-to-day operations, while training junior colleagues to sustain ROKA’s high standards.
