Job summary

ROKA Mayfair in London is seeking an enthusiastic Sommelier to join our front-of-house team. You will deliver exceptional wine service and warm, memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced, premium dining environment.

The ideal candidate has proven Sommelier experience in a high-volume setting, a passion for Japanese cuisine, and willingness to develop with our award-winning brand. We offer world-class training, global opportunities, and a supportive team culture with a strong focus on guest

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Junior Sommelier or Sommelier in a premium, high-volume restaurant environment.
• WSET Level 1 or 2 (desirable), but candidates willing to learn may be considered.
• Collaborative spirit and ability to thrive as part of a large, dynamic team.
