Job summary

Benugo is seeking a Head Chef in the United Kingdom to oversee and assist in the preparation and presentation of all meals and services across catering and events.

You will lead the brigade in planning menus and concepts, guide junior staff, manage food production and storage, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and health & safety.

• Lead and drive the brigade team in planning and development of menus, dishes and concepts.
• Provide guidance to the junior chefs and porters.
• Be responsible for managing food production.
• Control each section's food storage area.
• Adhere to food safety and health and safety procedures to the highest standard.
