Benugo Savill Garden is recruiting a Commis Chef to join the kitchen team. You will support food preparation and presentation to Benugo standards, ensuring high levels of food hygiene and safety while contributing to a superb guest experience.

This role offers opportunities to learn under senior chefs, develop culinary skills, and progress within the Benugo and WSH Group. Competitive hourly rate and shift meals are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Genuine passion for food and hospitality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Understanding of basic food hygiene principles.
• Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and peak seasonal periods.

• Supporting stock rotation and correct storage procedures.
