About the role

• Sous Chef
• Full Time - 40 hours per week - 4 to 5 shifts per week
• Shifts will be either 6.30am-2.30pm or 9.30am -6.30pm

We are looking for a highly skilled Sous Chef to create fresh, nutritious meals for our residents using the best fresh ingredients available. We seek a passionate Chef to support the Head Chef, lead by example, and showcase high-level hospitality with creative flair. The role involves straight shifts with no evenings. There will be a fully supported induction to showcase the technical skills required in healthcare and an opportunity to mentor our teams to progress in our Chef Academy.
