Qualifications

  • Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef looking to advance.
  • Demonstrated good chef/kitchen skills (food prep, hot and cold, hygiene).
  • Strong knowledge of allergen management and kitchen essentials.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering 14 great shifts per week.
  • Ensure daily prep is completed and dishes are made to specification.

Join Our Team as a Junior Sous Chef

Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering 14 great shifts per week.
  2. Ensure daily prep is completed and dishes are made to specification.
