Qualifications

• Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Chef ready for the next step.
• Proven skills with fresh ingredients and food prep.
• Strong knowledge of allergens and kitchen safety.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef in food preparation.
• Ensure dishes are made to specification for 14 shifts.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.

What you'll bring:

• You are probably an existing Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef looking to take the next step in your career.
• You will ideally have experience working with fresh ingredients and be able to demonstrate good chef/kitchen skills (food prep hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, good hygiene practices)
• Good communication skills and a team player.
• Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision.
• Strong knowledge of best practices regarding allergens, kitchen essentials, and Food Safety.
