Your Role:

As a Junior Sous Chef, you’ll support the senior kitchen team with daily operations, lead sections during service, and help ensure our BBQ classics are served to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present dishes in line with Bodean’s quality standards
  • Take responsibility for a section and assist in leading kitchen shifts
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety practices
  • Assist in training and developing junior chefs
  • Communicate effectively with the team during busy services
  • Support with stock checks, deliveries, and kitchen organisation
What We’re Looking For:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
  • Passion for quality food, BBQ, and working in a high-energy environment
  • Strong understanding of kitchen equipment and food safety
  • A team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Organised, calm under pressure, and keen to take the next step in your career
