Aura Connections in Glasgow is hiring Junior Marketing Trainees to kick off a sales and marketing career. The role is on-site, full-time, with an eligible earnings package of £25,000–£30,000 per year (OTE). No prior sales experience required as full training is provided.

You will engage with customers face-to-face, represent major UK brands at events, and work toward individual and team targets while developing skills in sales, leadership and client services.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers face to face to understand needs and recommend products/services.
• Represent major UK brands at events and in the field.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.
• Build strong professional relationships with customers and clients.
• Support planning and delivery of client campaigns.
• Participate in regular training on sales, communication and leadership.
• Identify and follow up on new business opportunities.
