Job summary

Atlas Collective in Watford is seeking a Sales Trainee to learn sales properly through real conversations with customers rather than scripts. You’ll receive full training in communication, objection handling and hitting targets, with a clear path towards leadership based on performance.

Office-based in Watford with daily travel. You’ll start with training, then progress to leadership roles such as Team Leader and Campaign Manager, with uncapped earnings and incentives on top.
