Job summary

Aura Connections in Glasgow is hiring Junior Marketing Trainees to kick off a sales and marketing career. The role is on-site, full-time, with an eligible earnings package of £25,000–£30,000 per year (OTE). No prior sales experience required as full training is provided.

You will engage with customers face-to-face, represent major UK brands at events, and work toward individual and team targets while developing skills in sales, leadership and client services.

Aura Connections is an outsourced sales and marketing company working with some of the UK's best-known brands, including E.ON, EE and British Gas. We specialise in events, business-to-business and field-based marketing, and we build direct relationships between our clients and their customers.

What you'll be doing

• Speaking with customers face to face to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services
• Representing major UK brands at events, in businesses and in the field
• Working towards individual and team sales targets
• Building strong, professional relationships with customers and clients
• Supporting the planning and delivery of client campaigns
• Taking part in regular training on sales, communication and leadership
• Learning how to spot and follow up new business opportunities

Training and progression
